My name is Joyce Pera, owner of “At Home with Joyce.” I have more than 40 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health aide. In my career, spanning over four decades, I have worked independently and collaboratively while caring for my patients. I usually communicate with LPNs and RNs, with regards to client’s needs on daily basis. I genuinely enjoy my job, caring for patients and ensuring their comfort. I am thorough, very detail-oriented, and nothing brings me more joy than seeing my clients happy. My passion in life is to care for others.

I am just as thorough in my employee selection process as I am in my patients’ care. I make sure employee’s meet specific criteria and are certified licensed healthcare professionals. To ensure client safety while meeting their needs, I take significant consideration when pairing them with my staff. A portion of my clientele are referrals from other satisfied clients, which speaks to the pride and quality of our work.
